Touching on the subject of the aid campaign started by TOBB for the people of Africa struggling with famine, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu requested that the chamber and exchange presidents support and promote the campaign.

Giving information on TOBB’s work and projects to the Central Anatolia Chamber and Exchange Presidents, Hisarcıklıoğlu reminded that each year, approximately a population of 1 million join the work force, “We have to provide employment to these youths. This is possible through the increase of the number of entrepreneurs. For this reason, we place great importance on women and young entrepreneurs.”

Stating that the OECD has chosen TOBB’s model of organization as the most successful, Hisarcıklıoğlu called on the chamber and exchange presidents to benefit from the projects offered to the business world. Saying that with the Ability’10 project, the issue of employment and finding trained employees great strides have been taken to ameliorate the unemployment situation, Hisarcıklıoğlu urged them to take part in the project.
Stating that they had zero cost employment resources, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Where can we find these resources? The ABİGEMs we have been established for this purpose. Which market should we sell to? How can we find partners? How to finance it? ABİGEMs stand ready to assist you in every eventuality.”
