The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu hosted the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Marat Sharshekeev.​

Stating that they will always stand by their brothers in Central Asia, Hisarcıklıoğlu informed Sharshekeev about the strong chambers system in Turkey and urged that Kyrgyzstan transition to a mandatory membership system.

 The Kyrgyz Chamber President Sharshekeev stated that the agreed with the TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu and requested support to establish the same system in Kyrgyzstan. The Kyrgyz Chamber President also informed Hisarcıklıoğlu regarding the presidential elections to be held at the end of this month in Kyrgyzstan.
