TOBB introduces the Appointment Virtual Queue System to its members

A video conference was held to inform the international road transport sector and to convey the views, suggestions and demands of the system experienced by the sector during the Pilot implementation phase regarding the implementation of the Appointment Virtual Queue System (RSSS), developed by the Ministry of Commerce, aimed at making vehicle crossings for export vehicles through customs gates in international transportations planned, predictable and manageable.
More than 180 participants took part in the meeting organized by the TOBB TIR and ATA Report Card Directorate, while member exporting companies who transported internationally by road, other stakeholders serving the logistics sector, and representatives of the Chambers of Commerce showed great interest for the subject.
At the meeting, the current problems of the sector, not only the RSSS system, were brought up and discussed various areas of improvement in order to provide the sector maximum benefit from the system.
