Speaking at the opening of the seminar, the Antakya Chamber of Commerce and Industry Secretary General Serdar Yılmaz Saraç reported that the system ensures fair competition by pushing the producers who did not invest in producing safe goods out of the market.

During training Economy Ministry experts provided information regarding inspections at borders, risk based control system in foreign trade (TAREKS). The seminar was widely attended by the members of the Anktaya TSO.

Product safety seminars held by the TOBB Real Sector Research & Development Department as part of the Development of Turkey’s Infrastructure (TKAG) project will continue in Fethiye, Afyonkarahisar, Karaman and Erzurum.
