Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

Following the opening speeches, Ebru Kaptan SertoÄŸlu, Director of the Turkish Cypriot Investment Development Agency, gave a presentation on the TRNC Investment Environment and Investment Opportunities. After the presentation, members of the two sides spoke and expressed their opinions and suggestions.

Prior to the Joint Meeting of the Turkey-TRNC Chamber of Commerce Forum, the Co-Chairs and members of the Turkey-TRNC Chamber of Commerce Forum paid a visit to the MaraÅŸ region in Famagusta. Members who received information about the MaraÅŸ region by The Mayor of Famagusta Ä°smail Arter then toured the area.

The Turkey-TRNC Chamber of Commerce Forum was established in 2018 by TOBB and the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce (KTTO). The Turkish side of the Chamber’s President and its members are appointed TOBB, and the TRNC side is determined by KTTO. Annual economic summits, joint board meetings, business forums, business meetings and efforts to improve Turkey-TRNC business relations constitute the main areas of study of the Turkey-TRNC Chamber of Commerce Forum.
