Transition Document Distribution Offices Information and Consultation Meetings

Transit document allocation procedures are carried out at border gates by distribution offices affiliated to the Chamber and Commodity Exchange authorized by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB). In order to ensure that the distribution of the pass documents is effective, efficient and in accordance with the rules set by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, training, information and consultation meetings are held for the distribution office officers.​
In this context, the meeting for the personnel of the distribution office operating at the border gates where the transports to Europe are carried out was held by video conference under the coordination of the International Transit Document Directorate.
At the meeting, while informing the distribution office officials about the instructions in addition to the Transition Document Distribution Principles Directive published by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, opinions were exchanged in order to maintain the distribution processes in a healthy way.
