Economic Cooperation Organization (EİT) Commerce and Industry Chamber (TSO) Facilitation of Commerce Committee convened at the TOBB Union Center. Attendin the meeting as TOBB’s representative Committee Member was Bayburt Chamber of Commerce and Industry President İbrahim Yumak. During the meeting Yumak said, “This process is, first and foremost, bringing a new perspective to political, economic, social and cultural relations.”​

Directing attention towards to debt crisis in Europe, Yumak stated that the obstacles to trade are increasing and that poverty and income disparity is increasing daily. “In the face of these developments we must strengthen our economic relations with friend and neighboring countries and to abolish obstacles to trade.”
Requesting that, in addition to legislative organization, projects which are aimed at strengthening regional cooperation, Yumak shared his views on making the region the trade center of the global economy.
