The Economic Cooperation Organization (EİT) Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TSO) Industry and Investment Committee meeting took place at the TOBB Union Center. Attending the meeting as TOBB’s representative Committee Member was İnegöl Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Metin Anıl, who related how the global economy’s center of gravity has been shifting from the Atlantic to the Asia Pacific.​

In this time of change, Özer said, “The European Union’s crisis has showed us that no country is responsible for its own destiny by itself.”

Stating that countries in the same region will win or lose together, Anıl talked about Turkey’s 2023 goals, “We want to reach our goals together with our friends. We should work together, produce together and plan our futures together. Anıl provided information regarding the various projects TOBB is involved in like YOİKK and the Investment Consultative Council. Anıl pointed out the importance of sharing successful examples, “Structural reforms need to be made through a common mind.”
