At the meeting, the necessity of making arrangements in the legislation on the distribution of electricity, water, natural gas and similar infrastructure in the Free Zones through the Regional Founding Operating Companies (BKÄ°) was discussed. Council President Edvar Mum said that the responsibility for infrastructure in the Free Zones is given to the BKÄ° companies, and accordingly, the infrastructure (electricity, water, natural gas, etc.) services should be distributed to the user companies by the BKÄ° companies. Mum said that however, in some free zones, user companies with high consumption have resorted to receiving services directly from distributor companies for the country, which prevents their BKÄ° revenues.

The meeting also discussed the import of debris, residues, scraps, powders, flakes, granules and burrs converted into the first shapes with GTIP 39.02, 39.07 and 39.08 to be produced from plastic debris, residues and scrap with 3915 GTÄ°Ps in Free Zones.
