Training on Electronic Publication of Creditors' Notices Regarding Liquidation and Merger

With the cooperation of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye and the General Directorate of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Trade, the service of transmitting the announcements prepared in the Central Registry Registration System (MERSIS) to the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette in electronic environment was put into operation on 01.07.2020 and approximately 2.5 million announcements were published with this method.
As a result of the work carried out with the goal of zero paper within the scope of green transformation, the process of preparing the notices of call to creditors due to liquidation and the notices of call to creditors due to merger in MERSIS depending on the liquidation and merger requests and transmitting them electronically to the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette was completed. With the completed work, approximately 120,000 announcements will be sent to the publication electronically annually. While adding increasing speed of trade; paper, stationery, consumables, cargo, bags and energy savings will be achieved, especially the effective use of human resources.
The practical training on the subject was carried out electronically with the participation of 322 personnel working in 238 trade registry directorates within the scope of the Registry Academy activities.
