Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his statement:

“One of the main factors of economic growth and increasing trade in the modern world is the insurance system. This is because economy and trade involve risk. There is no profit without risk.

In today’s global competition, the effective use of resources, business finance, healthy operation of production processes, safe and fast delivery of goods and services to consumers is of the utmost importance for industry and merchants. It could turn out that the cost of the risks for all of these processes prove too much for producers, merchants and consumers.

That is where the insurance sector comes in and takes on the risks of all parties. So, merchants and industrialists can focus on producing more and growing.

The growth of our country’s insurance sector should be supported; our children and entrepreneurs should be given an awareness of savings and risk management. We must prevent the waste of years of accumulation with a single error with the insurance sector.

It is with these thoughts and sentiments that I celebrate the Insurance Week of all the business community, especially the insurance agencies and experts organized as a part of our Union.”
