Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received the delegation from Sivas including TOBB Chambers of Commerce and Industry Council and Sivas CCI Chair Osman Yıldırım, Sivas Parliamentary Representatives Hilmi Bilgin, Mehmet Habip Soluk and Selim Dursun, Sivas Governor Davut Gül, Sivas Mayor Sami Aydın, Sivas CCI Council Chair Necati Şahin as well as the members of Sivas CCI Board.​
