M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), visited Tunceli Governor Osman Kaymak after the groundbreaking ceremony for the TOBB Tunceli Girls Dormitory for 200 students. While Hisarcıklıoğlu thanked Governor Kaymak for his support for the business world and his services to Tunceli, Governor Osman Kaymak told TOBB President that he was very happy to welcome them for the good works they undertake on behalf of the city.​
