Düzce Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Elementary School was opened with a ceremony attended by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​

Hisarcıklıoğlu then visited the TOBB-MEB Vocational Education Cooperation School Mevlana Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu toured the school and received information.
