Speaking at the meeting hosted by Fethiye CCI President Osman Çıralı, Hisarcıklıoğlu first touched upon the importance of the Compliance and Mediation Center, which they opened. The TOBB President said, “As you know, an average case takes years. Thanks to mediation, you will be able to see that cases that took months or even years, here in a few weeks, reach a conclusion. Now you will be able to resolve all your trade disputes here, both faster and cheaper. You should definitely use this opportunity that our Chamber has brought to your feet.”

- Vocational training project

Stating that they ensured that the private sector took part in vocational education through the Chambers for the first time, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Our Fethiye Chamber undertook the patronage of this vocational high school. In this way, our young people will grow up by acquiring the skills you need, they will be sought-after employees, not intermediate staff, and they will bring solutions to your problem of finding qualified employees. In line with the demand of the shipbuilding sector, our Chamber has also started a Shipbuilding workshop project within the school. I find this initiative, which will both make our young people have a profession and increase our export income, very valuable.”

TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Fethiye Chamber of Commerce also protects local values and emphasized that branding will only be achieved in this way. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “In this context, Fethiye has taken under protection by registering Kaya Figs, Fethiye Tahini and Seydiler Rugs with geomarkers. The Seydikemer Agricultural OIZ project aims to support and develop animal husbandry. The Fethiye Underwater History Park project aims to revive diving tourism, which has lost momentum in the region. In fact, all these services and projects are indicators of a vision. It is the work of a contemporary management approach that aims to serve its members in the best way and enrich its city. I was proud of the projects of our chamber aiming to provide the best, highest quality service to Fethiye. I wholeheartedly congratulate President Osman Çıralı, the board of directors and the assembly.”

Reminding that Fethiye CCI is an accredited chamber, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the Chamber offers five-star service to its members. TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu said: “I am working together with my brother Osman in Ankara and TOBB. He has served in our CCI Council. He represents you in the best way in Ankara. Both to carry out studies that add value to Fethiye and to bring your every problem to Ankara and look for a solution. Most recently, last month, at the Access to Finance Consultation Meeting we organized at TOBB in Ankara, President Osman conveyed the problems you are experiencing in accessing credit to the general managers of our 3 public banks. During the pandemic, he became an interpreter for your troubles. He collected your troubles and demands. Together, we have communicated these to the government, which is in charge. We also got results from a significant part of them. A lot of support and arrangements have been implemented. But our troubles are not over; of course there are problems. We constantly express them, convey them to the relevant Ministers and try to provide solutions.”

At the end of his speech, Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized the importance of unity and solidarity and said, “When we are one and together, Allah gives grace and prosperity. As long as we don't marginalize each other. Let's not exclude anyone because of their opinion, their beliefs, their opinions. Let us know that we can overcome every problem with common sense and dialogue.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu gave the good news that they decided to build a school in Fethiye upon the request of Fethiye CCI President Osman Çıralı, and announced that the TOGG automobile factory would be opened on October 29 as the second good news.

Fethiye CCI President Osman Çıralı thanked Hisarcıklıoğlu for his visit and explained the expectations and troubles of the district in detail. Çıralı pointed out that the tourism sector is very important for the region, and that new markets have become critical for the sector, which brings serious foreign currency to the country's economy.
