During the meeting, where TOBB Board of Directors Treasurer Member Faik Yavuz was also present, Türkiye-TRNC relations were discussed. During the meeting, the work of the Türkiye-TRNC Chamber of Commerce Forum, which was established by TOBB and KTTO, was also discussed and views were exchanged on the upcoming period activities.

The Türkiye-TRNC Chamber of Commerce Forum was established in 2018 by TOBB and the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce (KTTO). The President and members of the Turkish side of the Chamber are appointed by TOBB and the TRNC side by KTTO. Annual economic summits, joint board meetings, business forums, business meetings and studies to improve Türkiye-TRNC business relations constitute the main working areas of the Türkiye-TRNC Chamber of Commerce Forum.
