In his speech here, Hisarcıklıoğlu said that these information seminars are a very good opportunity to get to know the institution they are in.

Emphasizing that TOBB is the most democratic institution in Türkiye and that everyone comes here by being elected, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the council members are the opinion leaders of their provinces and districts.

Stating that there is no money in these jobs, TOBB President said that they sacrifice their jobs, homes and friends.

Hisarcıklıoğlu asked them to never neglect their members in the professional committees they are responsible for, to visit them in this process and listen to their problems. Emphasizing unity and solidarity, Hisarcıklıoğlu advised them to act on common ground with common sense.
