Underlining that TOBB is the most democratic institution in Türkiye, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Everyone came here by being elected. The most difficult election is to ask for votes from your opponent. You are in a position to be useful to people, to your city. Remember, the best of people is the one who is beneficial to people. Maybe when you solve the problem of one person, you save 50 earn a living from there.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the council members are the opinion leaders of their provinces and districts and requested that the achievements obtained in these meetings be shared by the council members with the members in their own regions. TOBB President stated that informing about the opportunities available for the business world and transferring the problems and requests of the grassroots to the relevant unit constitutes the essence of this work.

Calling on the Council Members not to marginalize anyone, the TOBB President said, “Strength comes from unity. We are all created differently. Therefore, we will all think differently. As Allah has created us all different, as none of us are alike, love each other regardless of political view, race or thought. If you love, you win, the country wins. Why are you trying to make what Allah created different and distinct from each other the same? You cannot say that he should think like me and he should do like me. The Creator has created us all different. That is why it is natural for us to think differently.”
