Automotive Supplier Industry Council proposes introduction of innovative technologies

TOBB Turkish Automotive Supplier Council convened under Council Chairman Dr. Mehmet Dudaroğlu to discuss current issues affecting the sector.​

In the first part of the meeting, Council Vice Chair Süheyl Baybalı reviewed 2016.

Baybalı stated that in 2016, growth in production and exports was seen in the sector. Baybalı stated that it is expected that the sector will produce 1.5 million USD worth of items; supply industry exports volume of 10 billion USD and 25 billion USD total exports.

In the meeting, the equivalent parts, the Automotive Test Center and the second hand parts topics were discussed with experts from the TSE.
