The private sector delegation led by the Economy Minister, Zafer Çağlayan, held talks in Tunisia and Libya. During the talks, TOBB was represented by the TOBB Board Vice President Faik Yavuz.​

Making a speech at the Turk-Tunisian Business Forum held on the 23rd of January, TOBB Board Vice President Faik Yavu later met with the union of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Tunisia Vice President Tarık Ben Yahmed and stated that they are open to cooperation in all fields. Yavuz also invited a private sector delegation from Tunisia to Turkey. After the Forum bilateral talks were held between Turkish and Tunisian firms.
Faik Yavuz attended the Turkish-Libyan Business Forum held at the capital of Libya, Tripoli.
