The number of newly established Companies increased by 33,48%

The number of newly established companies and cooperatives increased by 33,48% and 10,68% while the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 0,86% according to the previous month. The number of closed companies decreased by 3,77% while the number of closed cooperatives and sole proprietorships increased by 95,51% and 105,61% respectively according to the previous month.​

-The number of newly established Companies increased by 26,56% with respect to the same month of the previous year.

 

The number of newly established companies , the number cooperatives and sole proprietorships increased by 26,56% ,   28,09% and  0,88% respectively according to the same month of the previous year.

 

The number of closed companies, the number closed cooperatives and the number of sole proprietorships increased by 9,91% , 5,45% and 27,55% according to the same month of the previous year.

-In January 2020, 1.076 companies with foreign partners were established

 

In January 2020, 1.076 companies with foreign partners were established. 618 of these companies had Turkish partners, 83 had Iranian partners and 45 had Syrian partners.

 

Of the 1.076 foreign shareholding companies established, 101 are incorporated companies and 975 are limited liability companies. 128 of these companies conduct wholesale trade for stores in malls that are not allocated to a specific commodity; 53 are in real estate and 43 are in mobile catering and 43 are in Management and other administrative consultancy services in January 2020. Foreign capital partners’ capital investments constitute 76.20% of the total capital of foreign joint venture companies.
