Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The TOBB Türkiye Climate Control Council, which operates to support sustainable growth and corporate transformation in the climate control sector, undertakes many important projects each year to support talented young people studying at the Avcılar Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School's Plumbing Technology and Climate Control Department. As part of this, since 2021, scholarship support has been provided to students selected based on specific criteria, while also contributing to the school's needs.​

Ender Yorgancılar, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the Republic Ball organized by the Ankara Chamber of Commerce Insurance Services Professional Committee under the theme “Stronger Together.” The event, which brought together insurance agents operating in Ankara and was attended by industry stakeholders, celebrated the 102nd anniversary of the Republic with great enthusiasm.​

The Taxonomy and Green Transition Consultation Meeting for the cement sector was held at the Ankara Union Center, hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), with the participation of the Climate Change Presidency, the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye, and sector representatives.​

Ali Çandır, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), visited Dr. Osman Yıldız, Director General of Agricultural Reforms at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, at his office as part of preparations for the Düsseldorf YÖREX Fair.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) TIR Committee convened via video conference, chaired by TOBB Vice President Tamer Kıran and attended by TIR Committee members.​

The Vocational Education Council of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) convened at the TOBB Twin Towers.​

A delegation led by Hidenori Mugino, President of the Toyama Prefecture Corporate Managers Association of Japan, visited TOBB and met with TOBB Deputy Secretary General Mustafa Bayburtlu and TOBB Chief Advisor Hüseyin Çağrı Gürgür. The delegation was given a presentation on TOBB activities and the Turkish economy. ​

Organized under the leadership of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the Local Products and Geographical Indications Türkiye Research Network (YÜCİTA), and hosted by the Antalya Commodity Exchange, the “Workshop on the Sustainability of Geographical Indications in Türkiye” was held on October 22–23, 2025, at the Antalya Chamber of Commerce Meeting Hall.​

The TOBB Türkiye Elevator Industry Council meeting was held under the chairmanship of Council President Cüneyt Temel with the participation of TOBB Executive Board Vice President Ender Yorgacılar.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Mining Council meeting convened under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Member Şaban A. Karamehmetoğlu to elect the Council Executive Board.​
