Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

Seyit Ardıç, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), held a meeting with Karlheinz Kopf, Secretary General of the Federal Austrian Economic Chamber, Georg Knill, President of the Federation of Austrian Industry and the accompanying delegation.​

Seyit Ardıç, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the opening of the “New European Bauhaus Days” hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye as part of the Türkiye-EU Youth Forum.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), Turkcell and the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council continue to organize training programs with the Gönül Bağı Projects launched to heal the wounds after the Kahramanmaraş earthquakes.​

In September 2023, 1199 Domestic Goods Certificates were approved by TOBB in accordance with the Domestic Goods Communiqué (SGM 2014/35) prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in accordance with Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and published in the Official Gazette dated September 13, 2014 and numbered 29118.​

The number of capacity reports approved by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) in September 2023 decreased by 5.3% (250) compared to September 2022 (4,736) and became 4,486.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) published the 2024 Fair Calendar. Across Türkiye, 348 fairs will be organized in 2024. The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) authorized the organization of 348 fairs next year, 102 of which will be international.​

100th Anniversary G3 Entrepreneurship Summit will be held on Wednesday, November 1st, 2023 at Antalya Akra Hotel under the coordination of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), Habitat Association and GEN Türkiye.​

Şekib Avdagiç, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the Türkiye-Qatar Trade Delegation Meeting within the scope of Qatar DOHA EXPO with the delegation headed by Minister of Trade Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat.​

In the training hosted by Amasya Chamber of Commerce and Industry and attended by neighboring chambers such as Çorum CCI, Merzifon CCI and Suluova CCI, information was given about the work done and new developments in the system.​
