Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended and witnessed the wedding ceremony of Fadime Seda and Abdülkadir, the daughter of Bucak Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Hasan Yalçın Meçikoğlu. Hisarcıklıoğlu wished happiness to the young couple. ​

Turkey's Automobile Enterprise Group (TOGG) automobile was exhibited to the Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry.​

With the decision taken by the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Council, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was awarded an honorary fellow townsman certificate.​
