Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu paid a condolence visit to Düzce Commodity Exchange Chairman Nurettin Karslıoğlu for his mother Reyhan Karslıoğlu who passed away. Hisarcıklıoğlu conveys his patience wishes to Karslıoğlu and for the grace of Allah on the deceased and expressed his condolences to the family. ​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening ceremony of the 38th Ministerial Session of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Standing Committee on Economic and Commercial Cooperation (COMCEC) held at the İstanbul Congress Center under the chairmanship of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu has been re-elected for the years 2023-2024 as the Vice President of the Confederation of Asia-Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CACCI), which he has held since 2014.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Saudi Arabian Minister of Trade and Information Dr. Magid Abdullah O. Alkasabi in İstanbul and evaluated Türkiye-Saudi Arabia economic and commercial relations.​
