The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Ömer Kerkez, who was elected as the President of the Court of Cassation, and conveyed his best wishes.​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu published a message on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day. Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that as TOBB and the Chamber-Exchange Community, they are always on the side of democracy, the nation and the state, and said, “We pray for the grace of Allah upon our heroic martyrs of the national resistance who lost their lives in this fight for democracy, we extend our condolences to their precious families, and we remember our veterans with gratitude.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarckılıoğlu attended the wedding ceremony of Oğuzhan Tekin, son of Fatih Tekin, Chairman of the Assembly of Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Ecem Nur Yıldız.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarckılıoğlu met with the members of the Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry and discussed the issues on the agenda of the members. In his evaluation of the meeting, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “In addition to the existing OIZ, 6 new OIZs will be established in Aksaray. Aksaray, the city of agriculture, trade and industry, is rapidly moving towards becoming the center of attraction of Central Anatolia.”​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening ceremonies of Eskil Agricultural Trade Center, Exchange Slaughterhouse and Meat Integrated Facility, Aksaray Organized Livestock Zone and Livestock Facility, Ortaköy Agricultural Trade Center and the groundbreaking ceremony of Eskil Slaughterhouse.​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received İsmail Şapçı, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ipsala Umat Customs and Tourism Enterprises Co Inc and his entourage.​

Özer Cin, elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Çorlu Commodity Exchange following the passing of Yüksel Ertan, visited M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), together with Mustafa Yavuz Akın, Chairman of the Çorlu Commodity Exchange Council. Hisarcıklıoğlu wished Özer Cin success in his new position.​

The 70th General Assembly of the International Chamber of Commerce Türkiye National Committee (ICC Türkiye) was held at TOBB Twin Towers Social Facilities in Ankara. The General Assembly of the ICC Türkiye National Committee, chaired by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, was held closed to the press with the participation of the Committee members.​
