Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

On the 70th anniversary of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), TOBB Board Members, led by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, visited Anıtkabir and paid their respects to Atatürk.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), the umbrella organization of the Turkish private sector, is 70 years old. Stating that TOBB has evolved from a local institution to a global actor in the span of 70 years, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “After 70 years, we continue to work with the same spirit, the same excitement, for Strong Turkey and the Strong Economy.”​

The Women Writing the Future Project Climate Idea Marathon Final and Award Ceremony, which was carried out in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council and Turkcell, was held in İstanbul with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's wife Emine Erdoğan, Family and Social Services Minister Derya Yanık, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, TOBB Vice President Tamer Kıran and Turkcell Chairman Bülent Aksu.​

154 new schools will be built in 154 counties thanks to the National Education Contribution Protocol signed by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) with the Ministry of National Education. TOBB President Rifat Hisarciklıoğlu said, “We are coming to the end of our 81 school projects in 81 provinces. But we're not stopping here, we're starting a new, bigger endeavor now. We are working towards for 154 new schools in 154 counties.”​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), met with Dr. Joe Weingarten, a Member of Parliament for the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD), at TOBB.​

Nilüfer Çevikel, President of the Turkish Young Business People's Association (TÜGİAD), visited M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).​

Gaziantep Young Businessmen's Association (GAGİAD) President Cihan Koçer and Members of the Board of Directors visited M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), expressed his belief that the support package to be used with the Credit Guarantee Fund bail will have positive repercussions.​
