The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu opened the Sivas Commodity Exchange Food Products and Agricultural Products Analysis Laboratory, where grain, meat and dairy products and honey analysis can be performed.​
