Graduation excitement at TOBB ETU

Faik Yavuz, Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), said in his speech at TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETU) 2020-2021 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony that they are together with turkey's best engineers and young people who will shape Turkey's future, “TOBB ETU is a project to bring to our country a new generation of Turkish business world, free thinking, knowledge seeking, rapid learning, technology production and inventing.”​

“My Thrace” Women's Initiative Production and Business Cooperative service begins

Within the scope of the Women's Entrepreneurship activities carried out by Malkara Chamber of Commerce and Industry, members of the Executive Committee of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Tekirdağ Women Entrepreneurs, Voluntary Women Entrepreneurs, Non-Governmental Organizations, Tekirdağ Metropolitan Municipality, Malkara Municipality and Tekirdağ Chamber/Exchanges and the Limited Responsible “My Thrace” Women's Initiative Production and Business Cooperative, which was established with the support of the mayors, were opened with a ceremony.​

Number of Domestic Goods Certificates approved in the first 6 months of 2021 increased by 11.3% compared to the same period last year

According to the Domestic Goods Communiqué (SGM 2014/35), prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in accordance with Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and published in the Official Gazette dated September 13, 2014 and numbered 29118, 1690 Domestic Goods Certificates were approved by TOBB in June 2021.​

Number of capacity reports approved in June 2021 increased by 24.7% compared to June 2020

The number of capacity reports approved by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey in June 2021 increased by 876 (24.7%) to 4,428 units compared to June 2020.​

The Meeting of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Energy Council was chaired by Council President Zeki Konukoğlu. At the meeting, the current situation of the sector was evaluated while the working plan of the Council was created.​

Call for Structural Transformation in Production Information Seminar held online

Call for Structural Transformation information seminar was held online. The webinar, which was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Parent Organization of Organized Industrial Zones, explained the Call for Production Structural Transformation, which supports projects in 29 innovative technology fields under 149 products and 4 innovative technology topics (Servo Technologies, Robotics and Automation System Components, Additive Manufacturing Machines, Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Industrial and Service Robots) in the medium-high and high-tech related sectors announced within the scope of the Technology Oriented Industrial Action Program.​
