M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the General Assembly of the D-8 Chamber of Commerce and Industry held in Cairo.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Ebubekir Gizligider and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Gümen at TOBB Twin Towers. ​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Marat Cherikchiev, General Director of the Kyrgyz Postal Administration, Ulanbek Nogaev, Chairman of the Board of Eldik Bank, Cengiz Toktobekov, Undersecretary of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ankara and Hakan Çevikoğlu, CEO of PttAVM. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry and met with the members of the council. Regarding the visit, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Our members expressed their problems and demands. Agriculture and animal husbandry, problems in the food sectors, access to finance, the need for qualified labor force are the main agenda items.” ​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Edirne Mayor Filiz Gencan Akın in his office and exchanged views. Hisarcıklıoğlu discussed with Gencan the issues related to the province that are on the agenda of the business world. ​

“Target market USA summit” was organized at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB). Speaking at the summit, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the $ 100 billion trade target with the US is an achievable vision and said, “To achieve this goal, we plan to increase technology and service exports, establish new sector-oriented logistics centers and bring more Turkish companies to the US market.”​
