TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the first meeting of the Ministry of Trade Advisory Council, which was held under the chairmanship of Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan with the aim of removing obstacles in front of the trade and opening up the private sector.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Canadian Ambassador to Ankara, Chris Cooter.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The situation in which our country finds itself is actually not very different from the rest of the world. The world is undergoing a big change. This change needs to be read well by us.”​

The Marmara Regional Meeting was held at the TOBB Twin Towers under the chairmanship of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Participating chamber / exchanges president viewed a presentation on TOBB's work and Turkey's economy.​

After consultations between TOBB and TÜSİAD, the following views regarding the economic situation have been put forth:​

The Black Sea Regional Meeting was held at the TOBB Twin Towers under the chairmanship of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Various presentations were made regarding TOBB’s works and Turkey’s economy for those participating. ​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, in a statement regarding the announcement made by the Treasury and Finance Minister Berat Albayrak about the New Economy Approach, “It is very important that we continue to produce, invest, hire and export as the business world. We are a robust, strong country.”​

The Central Anatolian Regional Meeting was held at the TOBB Twin Towers under the chairmanship of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Various presentations were made regarding TOBB’s works and Turkey’s economy for those participating. ​

Adıyaman Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Mustafa Uslu and the delegation accompanying him visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at TOBB ETÜ. Hisarcıklıoğlu exchanged views with the delegation led by Uslu, who expressed his well-wishes and wished him success. ​
