President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the US Chamber of Commerce delegation.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Qatari Finance Center CEO and Board Member Yousuf Al Jaida and Business Development Director Sheikh Alanoud Bint Hamad Al Thani at the TOBB Twin Towers.​

Speaking at the TOBB Turkey Higher Education Council meeting attended by Higher Education Council (YÖK) Director Dr. Yekta Saraç, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu highlighted the need for Turkey to give more importance to innovation and urged common mind to reach solutions.​

Organized by TOBB, TOBB Women's Initiative Board and Turkcell, the “Women Writing the Future Project” has come to an end. The 3 project awards selected by jury among the 10 remaining projects in the final were awarded during the ceremony attended by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Hisarcıklıoğlu, while emphasizing the importance of women entrepreneurs, said, “Our efforts have paid off. The number of women entrepreneurs should increase even more.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who participated in joint meetings of Hatay provinces and cities' chambers, said that Hatay was history, culture, civilization and tourism.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening ceremony of Antakya TOBB Anatolian Imam Hatip High School with Hatay Governor Erdal Ata and the chairpersons of the chambers and commodity exchanges accompanying them.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Hatay Governor Erdal Ata as a part of his Hatay itinerary.​

Speaking at the opening ceremony of Wood Drying Furnace in Antakya Small Industry Zone as a part of the ABİGEM Window Project, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Today we are pleased to contribute a new work to Hatay. The Wood Drying Furnace is a project which the chamber community has completed as a part of ABİGEM. The job of seeing the need of our business world and producing solutions to it is a matter of vision.”​

Reyhanlı Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Reyhanlı Commodity Exchange joint service building were opened with a ceremony. Speaking at the event, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that Reyhanlı is Turkey's gateway to the Middle East and said, “Both politically and in terms of business, it is very important. Reyhanlı means Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait. Reyhanlı stands on very fertile lands. Everything grows from wheat to cabbage, from watermelon to zucchinis. Reyhanlı exports flowers to Europe.”​
