The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the launch of the Global Economy Survey 2023 study conducted by the Union of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES), of which he is the Vice President, at the end of 2022, in which many different countries around the world participated.​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the gala dinner held at the İstanbul Zorlu Center on the occasion of the opening of İstanbul Furniture Fair 2023, which is the largest furniture fair in Europe with the cooperation of Tüyap Expo Co. Inc. and Mos Fuarcılık Co. Inc. and the support of the Federation of Furniture Associations (MOSFED).​

Speaking at the Closing Meeting of the Türkiye-EU Business Dialogue Project (TEBD), EUROCHAMBRES Vice President and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that the activities within the scope of the project were paralleled between EUROCHAMBRES policy priorities and that significant contributions were made to the dialogue between Türkiye and the EU business world with the project.​
