Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov met with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Turkmenistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Dovletgeldi Rejebov and Turkmenistan Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Union President Döwran Hüdayberdiyev as a part of his Turkmenistan program. ​

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev took delivery of the Anatolian colored Togg T10X vehicle at a ceremony held in the capital Baku. The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President and Togg Chairman of the Board of Directors M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, accompanied by Togg Board of Directors members and Togg CEO Mehmet Gürcan Karakaş. ​

The first Togg T10Xs ordered by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his wife Emine Erdoğan on December 27, 2019 were delivered by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President and Togg Chairman of the Board of Directors M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the accompanying Togg Board of Directors members.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu announced that they have started a housing mobilization for the earthquake region by contributing 1 billion liras. Hisarcıklıoğlu, while stating that they decided to implement the Business World Housing Mobilization campaign, said, “In this context, we will build permanent houses for earthquake victims. At TOBB and our subsidiaries, we have stopped or postponed all our expenditures and investments, except for those that are mandatory. We are mobilizing all our resources for this good deed. We are starting the campaign by making a cash contribution of 1 billion liras.”​
