Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, stating that a radical and structural reform is needed in the tax system, said, “Our goal should be both to implement lower tax rates and to design the tax system in a simple and understandable way.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who is in Berlin to attend the General Assembly of the Turkish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, visited Türkiye's Ambassador to Berlin Ahmet Başar Şen with the accompanying delegation. ​

Erzurum Commodity Exchange Chairman Yıldırım Hakan Oral and Assembly Speaker Yavuz Güney visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office with their delegation. Pasinler Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Aydın Taşbaşı and Oltu Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Baki Karaca also took part in the delegation.​
