Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu made several visits in Samsun with TOBB Board of Directors Members. The delegation visited Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Samsun Commodity Exchange, SYS Co. Inc. and Kanal S respectively. ​

Turkey's Automobile Enterprise Group (TOGG) automobile was exhibited to the Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry.​

With the decision taken by the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Council, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was awarded an honorary fellow townsman certificate.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, together with TOBB Board of Directors Members, laid a wreath at the Samsun Atatürk Memorial on the occasion of May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening ceremony of Samsun Ramada Plaza Hotel. Hisarcıklıoğlu said that Samsun has a great potential in terms of tourism and expressed his hope for the hotel to benefit Samsun. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Samsun Commodity Exchange and met with Council Members. ​

The opening and award ceremony of the new service building of Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Commodity Exchange was held with the participation of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Samsun Governor Zülkif Dağlı. Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Governor Dağlı with the book titled Turks in the World War published by TOBB.​

With the decision of Samsun University Senate, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was presented with an Honorary Doctorate. Hisarcıklıoğlu, who made a speech at the ceremony, expressed his thanks for the title he was awarded and advised the students to be entrepreneurs.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Bafra Commodity Exchange and met with Council Members. In his speech here, Hisarcıklıoğlu drew attention to the importance of agriculture and animal husbandry. Stating that agriculture and animal husbandry ranked first in raw materials with the highest price increase in the last 10 years, Hisarcıklıoğlu said that it was necessary to pivot to these businesses. ​
