The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the accompanying NGO heads first inspected the earthquake region in Osmaniye.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visits the earthquake site with the Heads of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). Hisarcıklıoğlu was accompanied by HAK-İŞ President Mahmut Arslan, MEMUR-SEN President Ali Yalçın, TESK President Bendevi Palandöken, TÜRK-İŞ President Ergün Atalay, TİSK President Özgür Burak Akkol, Turkey KAMU-SEN President Önder Kahveci, TOBB Board of Directors Members and Chamber-Commodity Exchange Presidents.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in a statement made on his social media account upon the death of the former Chairman of the Republican People's Party Deniz Baykal, said: “I pray for the grace of Allah upon the former leader of the Republican People's Party Deniz Baykal and extend my condolences to his family, relatives and loved ones. May he rest in peace.” ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) has launched an aid campaign to heal the wounds of the earthquake, which occurred in Kahramanmaraş and affected 10 provinces. Within the scope of the aid campaign launched under the coordination of AFAD, 365 Chambers and Commodity Exchanges, in-kind aid and construction equipment made by companies were dispatched to the earthquake region via trucks.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the extraordinary assembly meeting of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce. At the meeting, the aid provided to the earthquake region and the work to be done were evaluated. ​

Adıyaman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman İrfan Torunoğlu and his wife Nebahat Torunoğlu were martyred in the earthquake disaster centered in Kahramanmaraş and affecting 10 provinces. The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu prayed for the grace of Allah upon the deceased and extended his condolences to his family and the business world. ​

HAK-İŞ, MEMUR-SEN, TESK, TÜRK-İŞ, TİSK, Türkiye KAMU-SEN, TOBB and TZOB came together to discuss emergency aid due to the earthquake disaster, the epicenter of which is Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş and affected 10 provinces in total.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, following the 7.7-magnitude earthquake, whose epicenter was the Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş and affected 10 provinces in total, stated that they are working in coordination with the Chambers and Commodity Exchanges for the provinces affected by the earthquake.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with businesspeople at the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce (KTTO) as part of his visit to the TRNC.​

Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Ersin Tatar received the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the accompanying delegation. At the meeting, Türkiye-TRNC economic and commercial relations were discussed. ​
