Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Presidents of the 12 Chambers of Industry within the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) met under the chairmanship of TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu to discuss what can be done to revive industry, trade and employment in the earthquake region.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, together with Trade Minister Mehmet Muş, attended the joint assembly meeting of the Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Commodity Exchange.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Environment, Urbanization and Climate Minister Murat Kurum, Treasury and Finance Minister Nureddin Nebati and construction materials producers in Gaziantep.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with businesspeople in Şanlıurfa, which was damaged by the earthquake.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was in Diyarbakır with the heads of non-governmental organizations and chambers/commodity exchanges as part of the work in the earthquake region.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, stating that the representatives of the Union's sector council producing construction materials want to contribute to the earthquake housing construction project to be initiated by the government, said, “In this context, they are committing to fixing prices for construction materials to be used in the houses to be built in the earthquake zone.”​
