The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President and European Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES) Vice President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the EUROCHAMBRES Presidential Council meeting held in Prague.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President and European Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES) Vice President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the annual meeting of the Committee of Non-EU Associate Members which he chairs in EUROCHAMBRES.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with B20 Indonesia President Shinta Kamdani in Istanbul. At the meeting, the agenda of the B20 summit to be held in November was discussed. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Türkiye-Ukraine Business Forum held in Lviv. The first business forum in Ukraine during the war period was heavily attended by Turkish and Ukrainian businessmen. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu went to Ukraine to attend the Türkiye-Ukraine Business Forum.​

On the occasion of the 31st anniversary of Kyrgyzstan's independence, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) reflected the flag of Kyrgyzstan with special lighting on the Twin Towers.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Japan's Ambassador to Ankara Kazuhiro Suzuki and Japan's Economic Partnership Agreements Negotiations Representative Ambassador Jun Shimmi. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met and exchanged views with Ankara Chamber of Commerce Hairdressers and Beauty Salons Professional Committee members Ömer Sarıoğlu, Göksel Ayrancıgil, Gürsel Deliktaş and Zeynep Azeritürk. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Khush Choksy, Senior Vice President of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and evaluated Turkey-U.S. economic relations. At the meeting, possible joint activities for the coming period were discussed. ​
