The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the First Vice President of the Court of Cassation Adem Albayrak at his office. Hisarcıklıoğlu presented the Book of Dede Korkut, which was prepared with the contributions of TOBB, as a gift to commemorate the visit. ​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his speech at the TOBB Higher Education Council Consultation Meeting, stated that universities are Turkey's gateway to the world in education, noting that many students abroad put institutions in Turkey first in their preferences.​
