The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Workshop on the Agricultural Perspective of Diyarbakır in the Future held at the Dicle University Congress Center.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Diyarbakır Commodity Exchange Seed Research Certification Center in Dicle Teknokent and toured the laboratory. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Mustafa Fidan, who was elected as the President of Diyarbakır Organized Industrial Zone. Hisarcıklıoğlu conveyed his good wishes to Fidan and the members of the board of directors.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu paid a condolence visit to Siirt Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Güven Kuzu, whose mother passed away.​

Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) President Şahin Balcıoğlu visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office.​

Yozgat Boğazlıyan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TSO) President Öcal Öcalan and Board Members and Boğazlıyan Mayor Gökhan Coşar visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the assembly consultation meeting hosted by Eskişehir Commodity Exchange President and TOBB Board Member Ömer Zeydan. Plaques were presented to business people who have made long efforts and contributions in the community, while consultations were held on common issues.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Extended Assembly Meeting at the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce. Hisarcıklıoğlu, who consulted with council members hosted by Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce President Metin Güler, said Eskişehir is a center of attraction of Turkey.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu paid a condolence visit to former Member of the TOBB Board of Directors and former President of Eskişehir Chamber of Industry Savaş Özaydemir for Barış, his late son.​
