The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated Lütfi Elvan, who was appointed Minister of Treasury and Finance, and wished him success.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu published a message to mark the 82nd anniversary of the death of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Emphasizing that Atatürk is a model commander and statesman who marked history, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We will embrace his works to the end; his lights our path and will always be our guide.” Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his message:​
