The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Çaycuma Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI). Çaycuma CCI President Zekai Kamitoglu and council members. Receiving information about their work, Hisarcıklıoğlu was accompanied by Governor Erdoğan Bektaş and many chamber and commodity exchange presidents. ​

Attending the opening of the Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Çaycuma Campus, Çaycuma Chamber of Commerce and Industry Social Service Building, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that, with the completion of the Filyos Port, which is 90% completed, a completely different Çaycuma will be seen. After the opening, the district's entrepreneurs who provide employment and exports were also awarded.​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, reporting that the country's economy is expected to grow by 4-5% in the last quarter of the year, said “As the Turkish business world, we aim to grow our country by 5% in 2020. Next year, hopefully for the real sector, instead of uncertainty, hope will prevail.”​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, speaking at the Zonguldak Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Centennial Anniversary Summit event that Zonguldak would become a center of attraction again, declaring that the Western Black Sea would be the gateway to the world and celebrated the centennial anniversary of the Chamber.​

Speaking at the meeting hosted by Devrek CCI President Haldun Hacıkulaoğlu, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out that President Hacıkulaoğlu is working to build an OIZ at Devrek, adding, “We support this.”​
