The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu welcomed İzmir Chamber of Commerce Board Chairman Mahmut Özgener at TOBB Twin Towers. ​

In his speech at the Conference on Combating Illegal Trade, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), stated that important legislative reforms had been implemented in this context, particularly the implementation of the National Vehicle Identification System (UTTS) for fuel, and added that “Thanks to continuous monitoring and controls, our state has preserved billions of liras in tax revenue, the legal sector has been protected, and a major blow has been dealt to the areas where income from illegal activities was channeled.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Ardahan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Board of Directors President Çetin Demirci, who visited him. Hisarcıklıoğlu and Demirci exchanged views. ​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, received the Chairman of the Kastamonu Commodity Exchange Board of Directors, Serdar İzbeli, the Chairman of the Assembly, Tarık Altıkulaç, Board Member Ercüment Kaya, Secretary General Emre Üzer, and the Founder and General Manager of the Kartal Foundation, Aynur Aksoy, at his office. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), welcomed Ambassador Yaprak Balkan, who has been appointed as Türkiye’s Permanent Representative to the European Union, at the TOBB Twin Towers. During the meeting, Türkiye-EU relations were discussed. ​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, visited the President of the Directorate of Religious Affairs, Prof. Dr. Safi Arpaguş, to convey his congratulations. The visit was also attended by the Chairman of the Credit Guarantee Fund Board of Directors, Erdoğan Özegen, and the Secretary General of TOBB, Mustafa Saraçöz. ​
