Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu speaking in regards to the regulation containing changes to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Authority’s (BDDK) “Regulation on Procedures and Principles on Fees for Financial Consumers,” stated that they are bringing these issues before the government continuously and the positive result is welcomed by the entire business community.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu held a consultation meeting with the Presidents of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges from the surrounding provinces and districts in Kahramanmaraş. Hisarcıklıoğlu then met with members of Kahramanmaraş Women and Young Entrepreneurs Councils. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening of Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KTSO) Export Support Office. Hisarcıklıoğlu then held a meeting with KTSO Board Members chaired by Serdar Zabun. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, speaking at the consultative meeting in Kahramanmaraş, stated that a recovery in the economy has begun in the last few months, “We see this as promising for the future. Economic management must continue reforms.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with the heads of chambers and commodity exchanges, attended the opening of the exhibition, which displays the works of Kahramanmaraş Finishing Institutes at the Seven Good Men Literary Museum. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu conducted inspections in the construction of the new service building of Kahramanmaraş Commodity Exchange with the accompanying delegation. Kahramanmaraş Commercial Exchange President Ahmet Duran Balsuyu informed Hisarcıklıoğlu about the construction.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Kahramanmaraş Governor Vahdettin Özkan posed for a photo with with Maraş Ice Cream. Stating that Maraş Ice Cream has become a world-renowned ice cream, Hisarcıklıoğlu was given a presentation by MADO, one of the international brands of the city. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Kahramanmaraş Governor Vahdettin Özkan at his office. Hisarcıklıoğlu and the accompanying chamber and commodity exchange presidents discussed the province and the region’s trade agenda with Governor Özkan. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Prof. Dr. Niyazi Can, Rector of Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University at his office.​

As per Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University (KSU) senate decision, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was presented an honorary doctorate. Hisarcıklıoğlu gave a speech at the ceremony, thanking the students for the title he was awarded, urging students to be entrepreneurs.​
