The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Osmaniye Governor Ömer Faruk Coşkun at his office.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Prof. Dr. Murat Türk, Rector of Korkut Ata University at his office. Hisarcıklıoğlu consulted with Rector Turk at his office which he at arrived by electric car. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Osmaniye Korkut Ata University. Hisarcıklıoğlu was presented with a Ph.D. by Prof. Dr. Murat Türk, Rector of Korkut Ata University. Hisarcıklıoğlu shared his experiences on 'entrepreneurship' with the students after the ceremony.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Kadirli Commodity Exchange President Mehmet Balcılar, and council members.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu who attended a joint consultation meeting organized by the Kadirli Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Kadirli Commodity Exchange, said that private sector banks have begun reach out to tradesmen to lend after public banks start lending at low interest rates.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with young entrepreneurs at the Start-Up for all Weekend event at the Adana Entrepreneurship Center, of which Adana Chamber of Commerce and Adana Chamber of Industry are founding members.​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu has been reelected as Honorary President of the International Silk Road Chamber of Commerce at the 9th General Assembly and Board meetings of the International Silk Road Chamber of Commerce (SRCIC) held in Xi'an, China.​
