Participating in the WCF Executive Committee (ExCo) meeting held at İstanbul Rixos Hotel within the scope of the World Federation of Chambers (WCF) Europe and Asia Summit, WCF President and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu made evaluations here.​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the World Federation of Chambers (WCF) and President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), discussed the three-day World Federation of Chambers Europe and Asia Summit in İstanbul and the issues on the agenda with Philippe Varin, President of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).​

Türkiye-European Union (EU) Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) Co-Chairman and President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “There are serious problems in obtaining visas to travel to EU member countries. This problem needs to be solved urgently. In addition, the existing transportation quotas in road transportation delay the delivery of imported and exported goods. It also increases costs. We need to solve the problem of road transportation quotas.”​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the 142nd Anniversary Tax and Ali Bahar Special Awards Ceremony Program hosted by Yusuf Hacısüleyman, Chairman of the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry.​

In Antalya, the Local Products Fair (YÖREX), which features Anatolian flavors, opened its doors to visitors for the 13th time. The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his speech at the opening of the fair that a beneficial work has been done for the country at YÖREX.​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, paid an auspicious visit to Adlıhan Dere, President of the Antalya Union of Chambers of Tradesmen and Craftsmen (AESOB), who was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen (TESK).​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Kumluca Chamber of Commerce and Industry and attended the Kumluca CCI 25th Year Special Award Ceremony. Hisarcıklıoğlu gave a message of unity and solidarity at the night where entrepreneurs who gave life to Kumluca economy were awarded. He thanked everyone who created jobs and invested.​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, visited Kumluca Commodity Exchange and held consultations with the members of the parliament.​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening ceremony of the TOBB Orange Blossom Kindergarten in Kumluca.​

The Europe and Asia Summit of the World Chambers Federation (WCF) will be held in İstanbul on October 14-16, hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB). Nearly 700 business people from over 40 countries are expected to attend the summit, where the WCF General Council meeting and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Board of Directors meeting will also be held. Within the scope of the summit, Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, Minister of Environment and Urbanization Murat Kurum and Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek are expected to meet with business leaders.​
