The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening ceremonies of Eskil Agricultural Trade Center, Exchange Slaughterhouse and Meat Integrated Facility, Aksaray Organized Livestock Zone and Livestock Facility, Ortaköy Agricultural Trade Center and the groundbreaking ceremony of Eskil Slaughterhouse.​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received İsmail Şapçı, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ipsala Umat Customs and Tourism Enterprises Co Inc and his entourage.​

Özer Cin, elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Çorlu Commodity Exchange following the passing of Yüksel Ertan, visited M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), together with Mustafa Yavuz Akın, Chairman of the Çorlu Commodity Exchange Council. Hisarcıklıoğlu wished Özer Cin success in his new position.​

The 70th General Assembly of the International Chamber of Commerce Türkiye National Committee (ICC Türkiye) was held at TOBB Twin Towers Social Facilities in Ankara. The General Assembly of the ICC Türkiye National Committee, chaired by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, was held closed to the press with the participation of the Committee members.​

Saim Alpaslan, President of Ağrı Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Çetin Demirci, President of Ardahan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ömer Faruk Yıldırım, President of Cizre Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Cemal Can, President of Doğubayazıt Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kamil Arslan, President of Iğdır Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Necdet Takva, President of Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Kasım Çiftçi, Vice President of Yüksekova Chamber of Commerce and Industry, from the provinces of the Eastern Anatolia Region, visited M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), and exchanged views during the visit.​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, stated that in some provinces and districts, rumors such as ‘they are in trouble, they are going bankrupt’ about the sectors and companies, and said that reputation assassination is being done to companies.​

TOBB ETU gave its 2023-2024 graduates. At the graduation ceremony, TOBB ETU Board of Trustees and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu advised young people not to put limits on their dreams, to set goals in their lives, to work hard and never give up, to always try again.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Bilecik Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Hisarcıklıoğlu, who listened to the issues on the agenda of the members, said in his statement, “On the agenda of the Bilecik business world are problems in the establishment of a new OIZ, visa problem, mining and local press sector.” ​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu opened the TOBB Engineering Laboratory at Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University. Hisarcıklıoğlu toured the laboratory with Rector Prof. Dr. Z. Asım Kaplancıklı and received information. ​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Sheikh Edebali Mausoleum and opened the elevator built by TOBB at the request of Bilecik CCI and Bilecik citizens to provide unimpeded access to the Sheikh Edebali Mausoleum by cutting the ribbon. ​
