Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Assembly meeting of the Maritime Chamber of Commerce in Istanbul and Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean, Black Sea Regions (IMEAK). The meeting focused on the current state of the sector and its challenges.​
