The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who came to Elazığ to make various contacts, visited Elazığ Governor Dr. Ömer Toraman in his office.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the consultation meeting with the council members hosted by Siirt CCI Chairman Güven Kuzu. Siirt Governor and Deputy Mayor Osman Hacıbektaşoğlu, Former Speaker of the Grand National Assembly Cemil Çiçek, President of the Court of Cassation Mehmet Akarca and Chief Prosecutor of the Republic of the Court of Cassation Bekir Şahin also took part in the meeting.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening ceremony of Siirt TOBB Atatürk Anatolian High School. Siirt CCI President Güven Kuzu and Siirt CCI Council Speaker Nihat Özdemir, as well as Siirt Governor and Deputy Mayor Osman Hacıbektaşoğlu, Former Speaker of the Grand National Assembly Cemil Çiçek and President of the Court of Cassation Mehmet Akarca were also present at the ceremony.​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Governor and Deputy Mayor of the Province Osman Hacıbektaşoğlu at his office together with the heads of chambers and commodity exchanges accompanying him within the scope of the Siirt program.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President and TOBB ETU Board of Trustees Chairman M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with students at the “Entrepreneurship and Leadership” course at the opening of the TOBB ETU 2022-2023 academic year.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who attended the Kocaeli Chamber of Industry Council Meeting, said that Kocaeli is a trade, industry, agriculture and port city and that it is the pupil of Türkiye in OIZs, exports, R&D and high technology, tax paid, vocational training and employment.​
